Lea Ann joined Klaas in 2008 as our Receptionist & Hospitality Coordinator. Lea Ann brought banking and customer service experience to us, and is the smiling face that greets you when you come into our office! Lea Ann has two younger adult children, loves to bake and garden, and lives in the Cherry Valley area.

Sheila joined Klaas in 2008 and her chief responsibility is supporting Craig Klaas, President of Klaas. She enjoys the variety that her job encompasses as assistant to the President along with administrative office support. Some of our clients may already recognize Sheila as she also helps in Reception & Hospitality intermittently. Sheila and her husband Brad have one young adult daughter and live in Loves Park. They are avid Iowa Hawkeye fans and love football & tail-gating!

Steve is a member of the Financial Planning Association and locally on the executive board of Patriot’s Gateway Center.

Cathy joined Klaas in 1988. Cathy’s responsibilities includes administrative service work as well as managing Klaas’ A/P and A/R, and payroll. She and her husband Stan have three adult children and one grand-daughter. Cathy loves gardening and lives in Rockford.
